The short version. Wizamo shows you what public crypto wallets are doing and lets you trade from your own Wizamo wallet. It is software, not a broker or an exchange, and nothing in it is financial advice. We never hold your funds or your private key. Every trade is yours: you confirm it, it's final, and you can lose everything you put in. You must be 18 or over, and trading isn't available everywhere.
These terms apply to the Wizamo app and the website at wizamo.app (together, "Wizamo"), operated from the United Kingdom. By using Wizamo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto-related services where you live. You're responsible for complying with your local laws, including tax rules on any gains you make.
You may not use Wizamo if you are named on, or owned or controlled by someone named on, a sanctions list kept by the UK, the United States, the European Union or the United Nations, or if you are in a country or region where using Wizamo would be illegal.
Trading in Wizamo is not offered in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Canada, the US state of New York, or sanctioned countries and regions, and we may add or remove places at any time. Alerts, charts and the leaderboard stay available everywhere they're legal.
You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to hide your location in order to trade from a place where trading isn't offered. If you do, you break these terms and we may end your access. Trading may also be limited to some users while Wizamo is new.
Wizamo tracks public activity on the Solana blockchain and presents it as alerts, charts, leaderboards and statistics such as win rate, median multiple and profit. Tokens, prices and market caps come from public blockchain data and third-party market-data services. Where available, Wizamo also lets you buy and sell tokens from your own Wizamo wallet.
Nothing in Wizamo is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator, and we don't broker, arrange or recommend trades. A wallet's past results tell you nothing reliable about its next trade. Leaderboard rankings, safety checks, "verified" badges and risk labels are automated and can be wrong.
Many tokens shown in Wizamo are highly speculative. Some are scams, can be rugged, or can become impossible to sell. Only use money you can afford to lose, and do your own research.
When you sign in, a Solana wallet can be created for you by our wallet provider, Privy. It is your wallet. We never see, store or have access to your private key, and we can't move your funds, reverse a transaction or recover lost funds. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is a scammer.
You can export your private key from Settings. Keep it safe and private: anyone who has it controls your wallet. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you lose access to it, you may lose access to your wallet. Your wallet also relies on Privy's service and terms.
When you ask to buy or sell, Wizamo gets a price quote from a third-party trade-routing service (currently Jupiter) and builds a transaction for you to review. The trade only happens if you confirm it, and it is then sent to the Solana blockchain.
Trades are carried out on the blockchain through third-party services that we don't control and aren't responsible for.
Trading. Wizamo charges a fee of 0.35% of the trade value on each buy and sell made in the app. It's paid in SOL or USDC, matching what you pay with or receive, as part of the trade and is shown before you confirm.
Sending. Sending SOL or USDC to another wallet is free under $50. From $50 to $500 the fee is $0.35, and over $500 it is $1.00, paid in the coin you send. The fee is shown before you confirm. Where trading is not offered, sending has no fee. Withdrawals to your own wallet have no Wizamo fee.
Notes. You can add a short note (up to 140 characters) to a transfer. Notes are only visible to the sender and the recipient in the app. Don't put links, private information or anything abusive in a note; we may remove notes that break these terms.
Solana network and priority fees are separate: they go to the network, not to us. We may change our fees. If we do, the new fee is shown before you confirm any trade. Fees are not refundable once a trade is confirmed.
You can invite people with your personal link. When someone you invite trades on Wizamo, you earn 25% of the Wizamo fee they pay, for as long as they keep trading on Wizamo. Only direct invites count.
Rewards are tracked in US dollars and paid in USDC to your Wizamo wallet. You can claim once you have at least $10. Claims are paid manually, usually within 7 days.
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and any other abuse are not allowed. We may withhold or cancel rewards we believe were gained this way, and close the accounts involved.
We may change the reward share or end the referral programme at any time. Rewards you have already earned before a change will still be paid under the old terms.
Referral rewards are not an investment or a promise of income. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
When you buy a token you can add a call: a short note (up to 140 characters) on why you bought. Calls are public, shown with your wallet name, and can't be edited or deleted once your trade is confirmed. Don't post links, private information, or anything misleading or abusive. We may hide calls that break these terms.
Calls are personal opinions from other users. They are not financial advice and are not checked or endorsed by Wizamo. Always do your own research.
You can tip another user for a call. Tips are voluntary, go directly from your Wizamo wallet to theirs, and can't be reversed. Wizamo does not hold tips and is not responsible for what users do with them. Normal sending fees apply.
We work hard to show accurate data, but blockchain and market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and our calculations depend on it. Wizamo is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts, prices or trades will be on time. Always check important details, such as a token's contract address, yourself.
You agree not to:
We may suspend, limit or end your access to Wizamo or any feature of it at any time, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud, abuse or a security risk, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering part or all of the service. If we do, your wallet is still yours and you can still reach it with your exported key.
The Wizamo name, logo, design and software belong to us. Token names and logos belong to their creators and are shown only to identify them. You may share screenshots and share cards from Wizamo.
We are not responsible for trading losses, price movements, failed or delayed trades, missed opportunities, worthless or unsellable tokens, decisions you make based on information in Wizamo, losses caused by someone else getting your private key or sign-in, or third-party services, tokens or websites you reach through Wizamo.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Wizamo is new and will change. We may add, change or remove features, and update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using Wizamo after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using Wizamo at any time.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
